Why Am I Getting Billed After I Canceled?

If you've cancelled your subscription but are still being charged, you may have more than one QuizBoost account. This can happen if you entered your email incorrectly or accidentally created a new account.

To find the account that's charging your card, search all your email inboxes for "QuizBoost" to find any emails from us. Once you find the right email address, you can reset your password and log in to cancel the subscription.

If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us and mention that you can't find the source of the charge.
