Extension Not Working
If the extension isn't responding:
- Make sure you're logged into your QuizBoost account
- Check that the extension is enabled in
chrome://extensions - Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Extension Not Detecting Questions
If QuizBoost isn't picking up your questions:
- Make sure the extension icon is visible and active
- Try clicking on the question text to help the extension detect it
- Some websites may need additional permissions - check the extension settings
- Update to the latest version of the extension
Login Issues
Can't log in?
- Double-check your email and password
- Try resetting your password if you've forgotten it
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera)
Slow Performance
If responses are taking too long, check your internet connection speed. QuizBoost needs a stable connection to provide real-time assistance. Try closing other tabs or apps that might be using bandwidth.
